How do I find my code?

After you successfully purchase our products, we will send you two emails. The first email is to confirm the successful payment, and the second email is the gift card code.

If you do not receive either email, you may experience the following situation:
* The email address entered was incorrect, and it was returned.
* The email you entered belonged to someone else. It was sent to a stranger.

At this time, you do not panic, just check the code in our system.
Where is my Code?

If you only receive the first email and not the second, you may experience the following:
* Part of the manual delivery of products, you buy when we have been off duty.
* Part of the automatic delivery of goods, has been sold out, no stock.
* Part of the automatic delivery of goods, you buy more than the number of inventory, can not be shipped.

Please don't panic at this time, just wait for us to replenish the goods. We will deliver the goods manually at the first time after work the next day (10am Singapore time).
